Arm is in billions of devices and almost none of the people building on it had a relationship with the company. The Innovator Program was the fix: find the hundred engineers whose work other engineers already follow, support them properly, and let the ecosystem hear about Arm from them rather than from us.

Arm Innovator Program2017
Identified, activated and supported a global network of 100 leading Arm developers. Built the whole function — selection, support, co-marketing and the content engine behind it.
Arm Autonomous Robot Challenge2019
Open robotics challenge run with Hackster.io. 120+ open-source projects from more than 500 developers.
Arm autonomous vehicle platform with ADLINK2019
Led the collaboration that produced an Arm-based autonomous vehicle development platform.
Folding@home and Rosetta@home on Arm2020
Brought the distributed-computing COVID research projects onto Arm silicon, opening a large installed base of devices to the effort.

Fold for Covid
Rosetta@home brought onto Arm, so anyone with an old laptop, a Raspberry Pi or a spare board could contribute protein-folding compute to COVID-19 research by flashing a single image.
SOAFEE
Scalable Open Architecture for Embedded Edge — the Arm project defining an open standard for software-defined vehicles. I worked on enabling the development platform ADLINK built for it.
