Verafy Ecosystem IQ

A map of the Solana ecosystem built from public data. It shows which projects earn the revenue, who works on them, who should partner, and how the core clients are moving.

Problem

Answering "where is Solana making money, and who should be talking to whom" meant stitching together DefiLlama, GitHub, the SIMD repository, event pages and X by hand. Every answer went stale within a week.

Solution

Ecosystem IQ scans those public sources into one dataset. It shows revenue by project and category, the people behind each project (with the source for every role), upcoming events, and Agave, Firedancer and SIMD activity. On top of that it scores each project as an investment target and as a candidate for Solana Foundation support. It also pairs projects that complement each other and names who on each side to talk to. The same data is served to agents through an MCP server.

Analysis

The rule is that facts and analysis never blur. Every metric, person and event links to where it came from. Scores, pairings and opportunity sizing are marked as analysis, and the scoring uses the same tiers as Verafy Forecast. The cost of that rule is coverage. When no public source names a project's lead, the page says so and points to the official account rather than guessing.

Screens

  • The Ecosystem IQ home page, with a network map behind the headline See where Solana makes money, and who should be working together, and a table of the top Solana projects by 30-day revenue below it
Revenue figures come from DefiLlama and link to it. The scores beside them are labeled as analysis.
