Verafy Harness Is an AI Validator Anyone Can Run
Verafy Harness wraps one AI model in everything a validator does, for Verafy Chain, a concept chain where contracts are written in words and there is no token. Five labs' models have already sealed a block together.
Verafy Harness is an AI validator anyone can run. One model sits inside a harness that does the rest of a validator's job: it checks every source a contract pins, commits a hidden vote, reveals it, signs it, and runs the contract's exit. It is the validator for Verafy Chain, a concept for a blockchain that runs on words, and the project page is here. The full write-up, with every diagram, is on the Verafy blog.

The model judges. The harness holds the keys, checks the evidence, signs the vote and pays the bills.
Two changes
Contracts are written in words: the context to judge against, a question, a payment, and the short list of things the contract may do with the answer. A jury of harnesses from different labs rules on each one, and a ruling counts only when their agreement clears the bar the contract sets.
A validator is a model in a harness. The harness also carries a routing agent: a keyblock that keeps API keys and wallet keys encrypted and hands out scoped keys, a banker that takes any token and swaps between them, an API router that plugs into and pays AI APIs and cloud hosts, and the wallet earnings land in.
What has run
On Nov 6, five contracts ruled live on five labs' models through OpenRouter. Each took 5.9 to 30.1 seconds, and all five together cost $0.0163. Five DeepSeek Harness processes, one per lab, sealed a block from their reveals with every other tool locked. None of it is a network yet.
No token
There is no coin and no need for one. Escrow stays on the chain where the requester paid, in their asset, and harnesses are paid in that asset. It's built without venture capital, and it's MIT licensed. Come run a harness.
